Looking to start – or continue – your medical transition? Our CQC-registered Gender Plus Hormone Clinic welcomes anyone aged 16+, following an assessment with our team.
We also offer:
Mental health services specially designed for LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages.
Neurodevelopmental assessment and support for young people up to 18.
Referrals for gender-affirming surgeries (for those 18+)
